UFRAD’ın üyesi olduğu Dünya Franchise Konseyi’nin, 10-13 Ekim tarihlerinde, Seul’de düzenlenen 2010 yılı toplantısına UFRAD’ı temsilen Genel Başkan Dr. Mustafa AYDIN ve Başkan Yardımcısı Gürkan DONAT katıldı.
Toplantıda alınan karara göre UFRAD derneğinin yoğun çalışmaları sonucunda, UFRAD ev sahipliğinde 2012 yılında 36. Dünya Franchise Konseyi Toplantısının İstanbul’da yapılmasına karar verildi. Böylece 45 ülkenin Franchise Derneği Başkanları, Dünyanın önde gelen markaları ve yüzlerce uluslararası yatırımcı İstanbul’da buluşacaktır.
Açılışta Güney Kore Başbakanı Sayın Kim Hwang-Shik ile bir araya gelen Dr. Mustafa AYDIN, kendilerine İstanbul anısı olarak Türk motifleri ile bezenmiş bir hediye verdi. Güney Koreli ve Doğu Asyalı yatırımcıların büyük ilgi gösterdiği Türk markaları ve marketi hakkında soruları da cevaplayan Dr. AYDIN daha sonra tüm yetkililerle birlikte fuar alanını dolaştı.
UFRAD attended the World Franchise Council-WFC meeting in Seoul.
UFRAD President Dr. Mustafa Aydın and Vice President Gurkan Donat attended the World Franchise Council meeting on 10-13 October 2010 in Seoul.
The only representative of the 35 billion USD market shared franchising system in our country, UFRAD Franchising Association attended the World Franchise Council’s 2010 meeting on 10-13 October 2010 in Seoul, Güney Korea. UFRAD President Dr. Mustafa Aydin and Vice President Gurkan Donat attended the meetings as the representatives of the Turkish Franchise Association-UFRAD
The topics of discussion during the meeting were the recovering process of global economies after the financial crisis, new Franchise concepts and applications. During the meeting, it was also decided that the 36th World Franchise Council meeting in 2012 will be held in Istanbul by the hospitality of Turkish Franchise Association-UFRAD. The meeting will bring together the 45 countries’ Franchise associations, franchisors, and investors in Istanbul.
During the opening ceremony of the Franchise Exhibition in Seoul, Dr. Mustafa Aydin had a meeting with South Korean Prime Minister Kim Hwang-Shikand and presented him a memorabilia of Istanbul with Ottoman handcrafts. Dr. Aydin also said that he was very pleased with the interest of Korean investors in Turkish brands and market and walked around the exhibition grounds with the other guests of the opening ceremony.
