Yuvarlak Masa Toplantısı UFRAD üyesi olan Bursa Kebap Evi’nin ev
sahipliğinde 5 Kasım 2014 Çarşamba Günü Vialand’de gerçekleşti. Bursa
Kebap Evi Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Sayın Mustafa Cem Helvacı’nın da
katılımı ile UFRAD Yuvarlak Masa ve Deneyim Paylaşım Toplantısına ilgi
büyüktü.
Toplantının açılış konuşmasını UFRAD Genel Başkanı Dr. Mustafa Aydın
yaptı. Dr. Aydın konuşmasında, öncelikle ev sahipliğini yapmış
olmasından ötürü Bursa Kebap Evi Ailesine teşekkürlerini sundu. Daha
sonra; her UFRAD organizasyonunda bulunan UFRAD Yönetim Kurulu ve UFRAD
üyelerine teşekkür ederek Deneyim Paylaşım Toplantısının gündeminden
kısaca bahsetti.
5 Kasım 2014 Çarşamba Günü gerçekleşen Yuvarlak Masa Toplantısının
Gündemi 5 maddeden oluştu. Her masada farklı bir konudan bahsedildi. 1.
Masada “AVM’ler ve Markalar, Sorunlar ve Çözüm Önerileri, 2. Masada “
Yurtdışı Pazarlara Açılım, 3. Masada Internet Satışı ve Pazarlama
Teknikleri, 4. Masada Franchise Sözleşmeleri ve Dikkat Edilmesi Gereken
Hususlar, 5. Masada Turquality ve Marka Yönetim Programları” konuları
UFRAD Yönetim Kurulu Üyeleri tarafından sağlanan moderatörler eşliğinde
bilgi paylaşımı gerçekleşti.
Konularında çok başarılı olan ve deneyimlerinden hiçbir zaman bilgi
paylaşımını esirgemeyen UFRAD Yönetim Kurulu Üyelerinin moderatörlüğünde
görüşülen tüm konuların toplanıp, katılan herkese ulaşacağının altını
çizen Dr. Aydın, görüşülecek konuların oldukça önemli olduğunu, çözüm
önerilerinin dikkate alınması gerektiğini dile getirdi.Ayrıca Dr.
Mustafa Aydın, 18-21 Eylül 2014 tarihinde gerçekleşen Bayim Olur Musun?
Fuarında katılımdan çok memnun olduklarını, Ekim 2015’de düzenlenecek
olan fuar için markaların şimdiden yer aldıklarının bilgisini UFRAD
üyeleri ile paylaştı. (EFF) Avrupa Franchise Fedarasyonu’nun da seneye
aramızda yer alacağının müjdesini veren Dr. Aydın, bu seneden daha iyi
bir katılımın olacağından oldukça emin olduğunu söyledi.Akşam yemeği ile birlikte devam eden Deneyim Paylaşım ve Yuvarlak Masa Toplantısı yeni girişimciler için de çok faydalı geçti.Başarıları
ile kendilerinden sık sık bahsettiren isimlere ulaşmanın ve fikir
almanın da kolay olduğu toplantı herkesi memnun etti. Bursa Kebap Evi
Ailesi’nin anlamlı hediyeleri tüm üyelere taktim edildi.Toplantının
sonunda, UFRAD Genel Başkanı Dr. Mustafa Aydın göstermiş oldukları nazik
ev sahipliğinden ötürü Bursa Kebap Evi Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Sayın M.
Cem Helvacı’ya plaket taktim etti.
UFRAD Franchising Association’s monthly November Round Table Meeting took place on the 5th of November as Bursa Kebap Evi as the host on Wednesday in Vialand.
UFRAD Franchising Association’s monthly November Round Table Meeting took place on the 5th of November as Bursa Kebap Evi as the host on Wednesday in Vialand. With the attendance of Bursa Kebap Evi’s Board of Directors President Mustafa Cem Halvaci, the interest on UFRAD Round Table Meeting was great.
The opening speech was made by the UFRAD President Dr. Mustafa Aydin. Dr. Aydin thanked the Bursa Kebap Evi Family for hosting this event. Later in the speech Dr. Aydin thanked the UFRAD Board of Directors and the members of UFRAD and continued on to the topic of Experience Sharing.
The November Round Table Meeting consisted of 5 main topics. Each table spoke about a different topic. 1st Table: “Malls and Brands, Problems and Solution Suggestions, 2nd Table: Expansion to Foreign Markets, 3rd Table: Internet Sales and Marketing Techniques, 4th Table: Franchise Agreements and Issues to be wary of, 5th Table: Turquality and Brand Management Programs”. These topics were discussed and shared with the UFRAD Board of Directors and the moderators.
Dr. Aydin said that the topics of discussion were very important and the suggestions will be taken seriously. Dr. Aydin also stated that the information gathered will be reached to everyone who attended.
Dr. Mustafa Aydin said that the federation was very happy with the results of the Bayim Olur Musun Fair that took place between the dates of 18-21 September 2014. Aydin also shared that many brands were already in line to attend the October 2015 Fair. Dr. Aydin also said that the European Franchise Federation will be taking part next year and finally added that he believes the 2015 Fair will have even more attendees than this year.
The Round Table Meeting and Experience Sharing was also very beneficial for the new entrepreneurs.
The meeting which is always spoken of through its successes and the ease of idea sharing made everyone happy. The members of UFRAD were also awarded with meaningful presents by the Bursa Kebap Evi Family.
At the end of the meeting UFRAD President Dr. Mustafa Aydin gave Bursa Kebap Evi President Mustafa Cem Helvaci a plaque of gratitude for the hospitality shown by the Bursa Kebap Evi.
