Uluslararası Franchising Derneği (UFRAD) Genel Başkanı ve Karadeniz Franchise Federasyonu (BSFF) Kurucusu ve Başkanı Dr. Mustafa Aydın, Dünya Franchise Konseyi (WFC) geçmiş dönem başkanlığı sonrası Avrupa Franchise Federasyonu (EFF) Genel Kurul Toplantısında Başkan Yardımcılığına seçildi.Markalaşma ve franchise konularında yaptığı çalışmalar sebebiyle 2002 yılından beri UFRAD Genel Başkanlığını yürüten Dr. Mustafa Aydın, 2008 yılından bu yana Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olduğu Avrupa Franchise Federasyonu tarafından Başkan Yardımcılığı görevine seçildi. Paris’te gerçekleşen toplantıda Avrupa Franchise Federasyonu üyeleri tarafından oy birliği ile Başkan Yardımcılığı görevine getirilen Aydın, yaptığı açıklamada şunları söyledi: “”Bu başarı benim değil ülkemizin başarısıdır. UFRAD Franchising Derneği olarak amacımız markalarımızı global pazarlarda hakettikleri yerlere taşıyarak küresel rekabette başarılara imza atmalarını desteklemek ve markalarımızın gücü ile dünyada gücümüzü artırmaktır. Yıllardır gerek EFF, gerek Dünya Franchise Konseyinde yürüttüğümüz yoğun çalışmalar neticesinde bugün görüyoruz ki UFRAD ve Türkiye franchise sektörü artık lider dünya markaları ile birlikte hızla ilerlemektedir. Derneğimiz ve ülkem adına son derece mutluyum, gururluyum.””
AB ÜYESİ OLMAYAN ÜLKEDEN BAŞKAN YARDIMCISI
Avrupa Birliği üyesi olmayan bir ülkeden ilk kez Başkan Yardımcısı seçen EFF üyeleri toplantı sonrası bir açıklama yaparak bu kararı vermelerinde en büyük etkenin UFRAD Franchising Derneği’nin sektördeki gücü olduğunu belirtti. Derneğin çalışmalarını örneklerle anlatan üyeler, Türkiye pazarının artan etkinliğini, sağlanan ekonomik istikrarı dikkatle takip ettiklerini, Dr. Mustafa Aydın’ın Markalaşma ve Franchising konusundaki kararlı ve sonuç odaklı çalışmalarını takdir ettiklerini dile getirdi.
1972 yılında kurulan Avrupa Franchise Federasyonu, Avusturya, Almanya, Belçika, Çek Cumhuriyeti, Danimarka, Fransa, Finlandiya, Hırvatistan, Hollanda, İtalya, İsviçre, İsveç, İngiltere, Macaristan, Polonya, Portekiz, Sırbistan, Slovenya, Yunanistan ve Türkiye başta olmak üzere tüm Avrupa’da faaliyet göstererek 30 binin üzerinde Franchise markasını Avrupa Birliği ve global ekonomik platformlarda başarıyla temsil ediyor. AB parlamentosunda aktif olarak yer alan EFF, franchise sektörü ve kurumsal markalaşma konularında dünyanın en etkin ve saygın kuruluşları arasında yer alıyor. Türkiye’de 1991 yılında kurulan UFRAD, Avrupa Franchise Federasyonu üyesi olarak ülkemizi temsil etmekte ve önemli çalışmalara imza atıyor.
AVRUPA FRANCHİSE FEDERASYONU
1972 yılında kurulan (EFF) Avrupa Franchise Federasyonu’nun temel amacı, Avrupa Franchise derneklerini tek bir çatı altında toplayarak Franchising sektörünün hukuki ve etik kurallar içinde çalışmasını sağlıyor. EFF, yıllardır Franchising sektöründe yaptığı çalışmalar ve elde edilen tecrübeleri, Avrupa’nın dışına da taşımış ve 1980’lerde Dünya Franchise Konseyi’nin(WFC) kurulmasına destek veriyor. Bugün WFC’e bağlı 35 ülkenin yarısı Avrupa’da bulunan Franchise derneklerinden oluşuyor. Merkez ofisi, Belçika’nın Brüksel kentinde olan EFF, Avrupa’daki Franchise derneklerinin üst kuruluşu görevini yürütüyor. EFF, Dürüst Franchise İlkelerini uygulama konusunda belli standartlar getirerek ve üyelerinin uymasını zorunlu tutuyor. EFF üyeleri, Avrupa Birliği üyesi veya AB üyesi olmaya aday olan ulusal franchise derneklerinden oluşuyor.
UFRAD FRANCHİSİNG DERNEĞİ
21. yüzyılda markalı perakendeciliğe yeni ufuklar kazandıran ve Franchising sisteminin Türkiye’deki tek çatı örgütü olan UFRAD Franchising Derneği, 1991 yılından kurularak bugüne kadar başarısını ispatlamış markaların dinamiğini girişimci ruha aktarmasını destekliyor. FRANCHİSİNG SİSTEMİ NASIL İŞLER?
Franchising sistemi, marka sahibinin yıllarca kurumsallaşmak için elde ettiği bilgi birikimini ve tecrübeyi yatırımcıya aktarması ile ortaya çıkan, bulunduğu bölgede fırsat eşitliği oluşturarak, yatırımcının iş olanağı sağlamasına, ekonominin tam istihdam seviyesine yaklaşmasına ve ekonomide önemli ölçüde gelişmesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Vice-President of European Franchise Federation-EFF
serving his term as the Chairman of the World Franchise Council, Dr. Mustafa
Aydin was chosen to serve as the Vice-President of the European Franchise
Federation-EFF.
President of UFRAD and the Founder of
the Black Sea Franchise Federation, Dr. Mustafa Aydin was chosen to serve as
the Vice-President of the European Franchise Federation. Due to his work on the
topics of branding and franchising since 2002, Dr. Mustafa Aydin was acting as
the member of the Policy Board since 2008. Dr. Aydin, who was chosen by the EEF
members in the general assembly meeting in Paris by anonymous vote had to say:
“”This success isn’t mine, it is our country’s success. Our aim as the
UFRAD Franchising Association is to carry our brands into the global markets
and achieve great successes against other global competitions. We must support
and strengthen our brands so that we may become a stronger global power. May it
be the EFF, or may it be the WFC, we see that as a result UFRAD and Turkey are
quickly growing in the franchising sector. I am very happy and proud of our
association and most importantly, for my country.””
The EFF noted that for the first time the federation chose a vice-president from a non-EU country and the main reason for this was the power UFRAD had over the franchising industry. The association’s members spoke about Turkey’s rising power in the industry, how they followed Turkey’s economy’s stability closely, and also how Dr. Mustafa Aydin’s decisive and result oriented works had mesmerized them.
Founded in the year 1972, the EFF is active in countries such as Austria, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Finland, Croatia, Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, United Kingdom, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Greece and Turkey and shows success with over 30,000 franchise brands in the EU and the global economic platforms. EFF being active in the EU parliament , is one of the most respected and active institutions in the franchising and corporate institutions in the world. Founded in 1991 in Turkey, UFRAD is a member of and represents our nation in the EFF.
Franchise Federation
in 1972, EFF’s basic aim is to collect all the European Franchise institutions
under one roof and make sure all of the franchising sectors work under lawful
and ethical methods. EFF, with its years of work and experience, also supported
the founding of the World Franchising Council in the 1980s. Today, half of the
35 countries tied to the WFC are formed by franchise institutions in Europe.
With its central office in Brussels, Belgium, the EFF leads the administration
of all the franchises in Europe. EFF brings a standard to franchise honesty
principles and makes it mandatory for the members to follow those standards.
Franchising Association
founded in 1991, has brought 21st century retailing to new horizons and is the
only organization in Turkey which supports brands which have proven their
dynamic entrepreneurship soul. UFRAD, allows new brands to have a place in the
global market and for them to have a chance at competition, to direct native
investors to become a franchise, to help the sector grow in a healthy way and
most importantly tries to help

over 200 strong global firms under its roof and having an annual profit of 35
billion dollars, UFRAD teaches franchising to our nation the right way, also
determines rules and regulations for the franchises to follow, and on top of
that helps the system to rigidify by including the Turkish law system to keep
the system safe. UFRAD is a WFC, EFF member and is the founder and president institution
of the BSFF. UFRAD is also a member of DEIK (Foreign Economic Relations Board).
does the Franchising system work?
franchising system works when the brand owner transfers his experience and
information and know-how to the investor. The franchising system helps the
region it is established to keep the balance of chance, allows the investor to
make profit, and also helps the economy
to reach a higher employment levels. Today there are 1850 chain institutions
found in Turkey. 24 percent of these brands are foreign and 74 percent of these
brands are national brands.
