Dr. Mustafa Aydın, yeni nesil gençlerin artık henüz mezun olmadan önce iş dünyasının ihtiyaç duyduğu iş alanlarını önceden tespit edip, bölümünü ve tercih edeceği Üniversiteyi bu kriterler bazında seçtiğini ifade etti. Bu nedenle öğrencilerini eğitim müfredatı, iş dünyası ile iş birliği yapmak suretiyle modern tesis ve merkezlerde iş dünyasına hazırladıklarını söyledi ve mezun olan İAÜ öğrencilerin yüzde 86’sı önemli pozisyonlarda iş bulduklarının altını çizdi.
Zengin eğitim ve öğretim alt yapısı, teknoloji merkezleri, konusunda uzman akademik kadromuz mevcut olduğunu belirten Dr. Mustafa Aydın, Kampüs içerisinde sağlanan sosyal çevre, yurt dışında eğitim imkânları, farklı branşlarda sertifikasyon programları, iki yabancı dilde uygulama gibi birçok özellik, İAÜ’nün tercih edilmesindeki en önemli faktörler arasında olduğunu sözlerine ekledi.
President of the Board of Trustees of Istanbul Aydın University Mustafa Aydın gave interview to the Turkey journal regarding the issue of education.
Dr. Mustafa Aydin stated that the new generation of young people is identifying primarily the needs of the business world in the specific work areas before finalizing their graduation and consequently choosing the university and the department on basis of these criteria. He explained that they are preparing the students for the business world with the correspondent curriculum and in modern facilities and centers in cooperation with the business community and he also underlined that 86 percent of these graduating IAU students can find employments on key positions.
Explaining to have a rich infrastructure of education and training, technology centers, specialized academic staff, Dr. Mustafa Aydın added to his words that the provision of a social environment within the campus, opportunities to study abroad, certification programs in different branches, such as the implementation of two foreign languages are among the most important factors for the choice to study at IAU.
