Prof. Dr. Yadigâr İZMİRLİ tarafından imzalandı. İşbirliği protokolü imza töreninde, Üniversitenin Mütevelli Heyeti Başkanı Sn. Dr. Mustafa AYDIN ve Mühendislik Fakültesi Dekanı, Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumundan Kurul Üyelerinden Sn. Dr. İhsan KULALI, Sn. Galip ZEREY, Kurum Başkan Yardımcıları, Daire Başkanları ve ilgili uzmanlar hazır bulundu.
Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu ile İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi tarafından işbirliği protokolü çerçevesinde yapılacak çalışmalar ile Kamu-Üniversite arasındaki işbirliğinin geliştirilmesi, ülkemizde elektronik haberleşme sektörüne yönelik Ar-Ge faaliyetlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi ve bu faaliyetlerin desteklenmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

IT and Communications Institution signed an agreement with Istanbul Aydin University in Ankara on 18.12.2014 for the aim of building a partnership in the electronic communications sector.
The partnership protocol was signed by the IT and Communications Institution President Dr. Tayfun ACARER and IAU Rector Prof. Dr. Yadigâr IZMIRLI. Attendees of the signing ceremony were IAU President Dr. Mustafa Aydin and Faculty of Engineering Dean, Member of IT and Communications Institution Dr. Ihsan KULALI, Mr. Galip ZEREY, vice-presidents of the institution, heads of departments and the concerning experts.
The aim of the protocol is to develop Government-University relations, to realize the building of Ar-Ge activities in the electronic communications sector and to support this realization.
