Aydın Düşünce Platformu TBMM Eski Başkan’ı Cemil Çiçek’in fikir ve önderliğinde başlatıldığı “Türkiye’de Kayıt Dışı” konulu toplantı serisinin ilk oturumunu gerçekleştirdi.

Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi (TBMM) Eski Başkanı Cemil Çicek; “Siyasetin birçok tanımı var ancak güzel tanımı katıldığım bir toplantıda bir köylü vatandaşımız yapmıştı. “Esas mesele gömleğin ilk düğmesini doğru iliklemek” dedi. İşte siyasetin en özlü tanımı bu.Bir ülkenin ekonomisinin üçte biri kayıt dışı ise bu durum siyasi ilişki olamadan gelişmez. O zaman siyasette de bir kayıt dışılık var Kayıt dışı siyasetin birden çok tanımı var. Özetle asıl görevi siyaset olmayan kişi ve kurumların siyasete müdahil olması diyebiliriz. Türkiye’de kayıt dışı siyaset kavramına sebep olan kişi ve kurumlara baktığımızda önümüze yargı,silahlı kuvvetler, sermaye ve medya grupları ile sosyolojik gruplar çıkmaktadır. Darbeler, kapatma davaları, 367 kararları ve son olarak 15 Temmuz bunların hepsi kayıt dışı siyasetin birer sonucudur. Hatta “her zaman bir yol bulunur” sözü de kayıt dışı siyaseti tarif eder” şekilde konuştu.
KAYIT DIŞILIĞIN HİÇBİR ÇEŞİDİ KABUL EDİLEMEZ
Toplantı da konuşan İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi Mütevelli Heyet Başkanı Dr. Mustafa Aydın; “Kayıt dışı siyaset büyük ölçüde herhangi bir sorumluluk taşımadan siyasetin işleyişine müdahale etmektir. Bu müdahale eğitim, ekonomi, medya ve STK’lar yolu ile olabilir. Türk demokrasisi kayıt dışı siyasetin oluşturduğu sosyal, siyasi ve askeri olayların sonuçlarından büyük darbe almıştır. Ülkemiz bu kabul edilmesi mümkün olmayan siyaset alanının son acı örneğini 15 Temmuz hain darbe teşebbüsü ile yaşadı.
Milletimiz demokrasiye olan inancı ve sarsılmaz iradesiyle, bu alçakça girişimi sonuçsuz bıraktı. Ne kayıt dışı siyasetin ne kayıt dışı ekonominin ne de kayıt dışı dinin günlük hayatta yeri olamaz” dedi.
JULY 15 IS A PRODUCT OF UNRECORDED POLITICSAydin Platform, a think tank, has organized the first session of the “Unrecorded in Turkey” meetings chaired by TBMM ( Turkish Parliament) former spokesperson, Cemil Cicek.
“Unrecorded Things in Turkey” was discussed during the November meeting of Istanbul Aydin University Aydin Platform. IAU President Dr. Mustafa Aydin; former Minister of Environment and Forestry Osman Pepe; former Minister of Justice Selcuk Oztek, PhD; former Minister of State Abdulhaluk Mehmet Cay, PhD; 22nd term member of the Parliament Omer Ozyilmaz, PhD; 18th term member of the Parliament Yasar Albayrak; Kucukcekmece District Governor Harun Kaya and many more have attended the meeting.

TBMM (Turkish Parliament)’s former spokesperson Cemil Cicek said, ” There are many definitions of politics but the best I heard from a villager ‘The main thing is to button up the first button right.’ This is the right definition of politics. If one third of a country’s economy is unrecorded, this can’t happen without politics. Then the politics of that country is unrecorded too. There are many definitions of unrecorded politics. In summary, we can say that involvement of the people and establishments with no politics background in politics. We have judicial, armed forces, capital and media outlets and social groups that define unrecorded politics in Turkey. Coups, closures of political parties, 367-decisions and finally July 15th coup attempt are all a production of unrecorded politics. Moreover, ‘there is always a way’ defines unrecorded politics in Turkey as well.”
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY FORM OF UNRECORDED POLITICS
Speaking at the meeting, Istanbul Aydin University President Dr. Mustafa Aydin said, ” Unrecorded politics is to interfere in politics without being responsible of the consequences. This can happen via education, economics, media and NGOs. Turkish politics have been damaged because of the consequences of unrecorded politics in civic, politics and military results. The latest example of such policies occured on July 15th. Our people with their belief in democracy and its will has left such attempt without success. Unrecorded politics, economics and religion have no place in our daily lives.”
