İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi (İAÜ) ABD/San Francisco State Üniversitesi Gastronomi bölümünden duayen akademisyenleri ağırladı. Ziyaretçiler ile görüşme yapan Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın “ABD-San Francisco State Üniversitesi’nden çok değerli dostum, Mehmet Ergül Hocamız ziyaretimize geldi. Akademik işbirlikleri ve projelerimizle ilgili çok önemli görüşmeler sağladık. Gastronomi alanında duayen hocamızdan öğrencilerimizin öğreneceği çok şey var” diye konuştu.

Istanbul Aydın University (IAU) hosted connoisseur academicians from USA/San Fracisco State University’s Gastronomy Department. Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın, speaking with the visitors, said ‘My dear friend Prof. Mehmet Ergül from USA-San Francisco State University came to our visit. We had very important meeting with regards to academical cooperation and our projects. In the field of gastronomy, our students have a lot to learn from our connoisseur teacher here.’
